This cookie class is intended for beginners.  Have you ever wanted to learn how to make those beautiful cookies you see online and in bakeries?  Here is your chance to get started!  No experience is needed!  
 

Need a night out with your friends?  Bounce Magic has a complete kitchen and a beer & wine license with menu items in various price ranges.  You will be able to order food or drinks if you choose.  A menu will be provided before decorating begins.  For those who order food, the dinners will be served during the break.  

You will learn tricks to no-spread cutout cookies and get royal icing recipes which dry beautifully and leave a shine.  We will begin with discussing recipes and preparation do’s and don’ts.  You will learn about frosting consistencies and when and where to use each.   You will be provided 10 cookies, 2 of each design.  We will decorate the five cookies together and then you will have time to let your own creativity take over!  You will learn outlining (piping) techniques, flooding techniques and wet on wet techniques. We will end the evening discussing storage and packaging.
 

Each student will leave with 10 decorated cookies, their personal icing bags, cookie and icing recipes, and your very own scribe which makes cookie decorating easier!

Class size is limited to 30 students age 12 and up and is on a first come first serve basis.  All children must be accompanied by an adult.  Once payment is received, you will get a confirmation email.  There is a lot of preparation by instructors for these classes.  For this reason, cancellations may be made up to 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the event for a full refund.  After that date, substitutions are permitted but no refunds will be given.  If a class needs to be cancelled due to inclement weather or other emergency, a weather date will be set, or a full refund will be offered.
